Leadership
Miguel A. Salinas is the owner of Salinas Educational Services, LLC and the co-owner and founder of Dynamic Educators First. As a certified bilingual school psychologist with over 15 years of experience, Miguel has developed and implemented a variety of educational and mentoring programs designed to improve academic and behavioral outcomes for students.

He is the creator and facilitator of the 3M Alliance Mentoring Program, which provides academic and behavioral support to students through mentorship and targeted intervention. Throughout his career, Miguel has worked extensively with students of color across diverse educational settings – including urban and suburban school districts, sheltered workshops, and group homes – focusing on supporting at-risk learners from early childhood through high school.

As an educational consultant, Miguel has centered his work on evidence-based interventions and measurable student outcomes. He has successfully transitioned from serving as a school-based professional to leading a thriving educational agency that now partners with over 30 school districts across Illinois.
